Baxi Will Require More Information for Service Calls Beginning 9.7.09

Marathon International Technical Support Department is implementing a program to record each technical concern that arises in the field. The new program will allow for a Baxi Service case to be associated with each installation. The Service Case will allow for the review of service call history and provide the ability to track site specific concerns.
In order to implement this program, there is certain information that will now be required when phoning technical support:
Beginning September 7, 2009 all technical support calls will require the the Baxi model and serial number (eg. B8000000) and the installation date.
